How many months has the planner?
All my planners include 12 months from the month you start. So please make sure you choose the right one while ordering.
Can I start the planner at any time of the year?
Yes! It's the whole idea - just make sure you mention the right month while ordering.
What size are your planners?
All my planners are 6,5'' x 8'' ( 17 x 20,5 cm).
Is the planner cover is soft or hard cover?
All my planners are HARD COVER planners.
Can you change the size of the planner?
All my planners are one size planners, I can’t change the size.
Can I make changes to the layouts?
No, only covers are personalized. You can choose one of the 5 available designs.
Can I change the colors of any cover design?
Of course! Just contact me first before ordering.
What is your processing time?
Because it's handmade and personalized item it may take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to be completed.
Can I change something in the order after purchase? (like personalization or delivery address)
When it comes to personalization, it will not be a problem if I have not started working on it yet. There will be no problem to change the address. Once it has shipped I am not able to make any changes to the address. Please double check your shipping address and let me know if you need to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
All planners are made to order so I do not accept any cancellation after 6h from placing an order. Please, double check your order and shipping/processing policy before making an order.
How long will it take to ship?
Usually it takes 4-7 business days to be delivered around Europe.
Rest of the world 10-16 business days depends on where you live.
The delivery date may change during holiday time, because of the customs or weather conditions. When delay occur I will help you to track the package.
How can I track the package?
When the package is sent, I always send you the tracking number. So you can easily keep an eye on it.
Do you ship worldwide?
Can there be any additional customs fees?
Most of the countries I send to do not charge any fees. However, if any fees arise, the buyer is responsible for them. If you do not pick up the package I do not offer any refunds.
I live in Warsaw, can I pick up my order there?
I do NOT offer order pickups.
The inscription on the cover does not match what I provided during the order, what can we do?
The inscription on the cover is exactly the same as you gave. I always rely on messages from the buyer. If you made a mistake and did not report it to me, unfortunately the refund will not be possible. If the mistake was from my fault - of course I will send you a replacement planner with the corrected text.
The package was damaged during shipment, what can we do?
In case of damage during shipping, let me know about it within 24 hours. I will replace damaged item.
The package has been returned, what can we do?
I don't offer any refunds when orders are returned to me due to the incorrect shipping address or when you did not pick it up. I can resend the planner for an additional shipping charge to the customer. I always provide the tracking number so you can easily keep an eye on the package.
I ordered not the product what I wanted, what can we do?
All planners are made to order so I do not accept any cancellation after 6h from placing an order. Please, double check your order and shipping/processing policy before making an order. MADEtoPLAN offer personalized items so that mean you can't return them.
I do NOT accept exchanges or returns as all of my planners are personalized.
